The Higher Self is calling you to shift your focus from external distractions and direct your energy inward to follow your own internal guidance system and determine your personal truth.
After years of trauma, pain and suffering, I experienced my first spiritual awakening. Since then, I have had two Kundalini awakenings and an extensive dark night of the soul. Now, I am an author, intuitive guide and spiritual teacher.
Looking back on my life and the suffering I went through, I can clearly see that there was always a light (which I now know to be my spirit) leading me. The challenge was to find the courage to follow it.
With the help of the Higher Self, I was guided to evaluate how I move in the world and what motivated me. The ego is unconsciously motivating each of us and manipulating us to believe that we get our needs met from “out there”, whether that be a person, job, paycheck, etc.
The Higher Self showed me all I need is within and that by connecting to the source internally, everything falls into place “out there”.
Most everyone is motivated by their wounds of unworthiness or not-enoughness. The other motivating factor for so many at this time on earth is fear. Fear that you are not safe, fear that you will not be provided for, fear that you will not be loved, fear that there is not a place for you.
The Higher Self has helped me see that those fears are simply not true and the simple fact that you are here now means that you are meant to be here and being here now is your purpose. You are meant to live a happy life, doing what you choose to do, not what you feel you have to do to survive.
Our world is changing and we need to be the change we want to see. It is my mission to help others connect to the Higher Self – that aspect of YOU that is the source of all you long to be, have and do. I hope to help you discover your authenticity, learn to develop your inner guidance, connect to the infinite intelligence you have flowing to you and trust what you are receiving over what anyone else believes AND have the courage to follow that guidance!
